Finished in carefully selected Port casks, subtle sweetness and dark fruit characteristics prevail in this marriage of triple-distilled malt and premium Irish grain. Furthermore, the proximity of our maturation warehouse to the Atlantic Ocean imparts a distinctive maritime complexity this well-rounded Irish Whiskey.

WHISKEY NOTES:

Nose: Fresh, ripe peaches and zesty aromas, creamy with a hint of wood character in the background.

Palate: Very fruity with peaches and zests, soft spices, some chili and cardamom in the length.

Finish: Middle long with a gentle pepperiness, the spices linger and get softer towards the end.
